The Legacy of Bernard Greenhouse Concert:
Play it Forward Featuring World Class Cellist, Amit Peled and his “Cello Gang” with meet-the-artists reception immediately to follow. Annual world-class cello concert featuring Amit Peled and his "Cello Gang", students from the John Hopkins Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Proceeds benefit the rebuilding of the OCHS Wellfleet Health Center and carry on the tradition of Bernard Greenhouse, an internationally acclaimed cellist and founding member of the Beaux Arts Trio. Mr. Greenhouse continued teaching and playing until he was in his 90s. Beginning in 2005 and continuing until his death in 2011, Mr. Greenhouse was the driving artistic force behind the annual concerts held in Wellfleet featuring former students, and carry on his legacy of presenting world-class cello music.
