The 8th and final program in our Jazz: Its Roots & Branches series brings it all together, showcasing a brand new piano trio of seasoned professionals to play both new compositions and their take on standards, discussing important influences on their style and the process of creating a new sound. The Wayne Naus Trio (Wayne Naus, Michael Ryle and John DiSanto) developed as a group over the course of an entire year of weekly rehearsals, giving us a rare glimpse into the creative process and the fruits it can bear.
