Glow Sanctuary and Children's Yoga & Wellness Studio are opening their doors together as one for the community ♥

The day will start with our normal yoga classes as followed:

*Bring your kids to Children's Yoga and Wellness Studio (Unit 14) and enjoy a class yourself at Glow Sanctuary (Unit 12)

**Glow Sanctuary 8:30-9:30 am Pilates Movement class with Aisling Gainer
** Glow Sanctuary 9:30-10:45 am Vinyasa Class with Ennie McDonald

**At 2 o'clock Glow Sanctuary is having a beautiful Rejuvenate and Restore Quartz Crystal SOUND HEALING workshop!
