The Eastham Chamber of Commerce, the Eastham Recreation and Beach Department, Open Space Committee, Eastham Conservation Foundation, and the Eastham Department of Public Works would like everyone in Eastham to observe Earth Day by taking just one hour, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, on April 22 to clean up a little section of our pride and joy. It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

1. Put together a team from your friends, school, organizations, business, clubs, neighborhood, non-profits, town offices, or church.
2. Select one of the locations from the list below and register your name or team name. 
3. Show up at 8 AM on April 22 at your selected location with your team, grab a bucket and checklist and record any litter you pick up. When you are finished return the bucket and any other litter that your team has collected.

Our partner, the Eastham Department of Public Works will pick up the bucket and any other refuse that you collect to weigh and properly dispose of your findings. Wear work gloves and dress appropriately for the weather. This is a safe and easy way to get together with your friends. Remember masks must be worn and social distancing must be maintained.
