On February 6-7, New England was struck by one of the greatest weather events in history when the legendary "Blizzard of '78" buried Eastern MA and RI with 4 feet of snow and 15 foot drifts. On the outer Cape, it wasn't as much a snow event as a tidal event. This presentation contains video footage and testimonials from several Eastham residents who witnessed the destruction first hand including the presenter, Don Wilding.
