The Community Development Partnership (CDP) is holding our 26th Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 13th at 5:00 PM at Wellfleet Preservation Hall in Wellfleet. We’re excited to honor two members of the community with our Annual Community Awards, introduce clients to share their stories about how our programs have made a difference in their lives, and share plans for the future.
